We decided to head out to sunny San Francisco for this month's Merchant Spotlight. Kim at LuLu's gave us the scoop on how Belly has worked for them, and now we really want a burrito.

1. What do you love most about your Belly loyalty program?
Simple customer interface, great command center with relevant analytics, and the ease of customization so I can tailor it to my business.
2. What is your favorite feature?
I like being able to interact with my loyal customers via email and offer them a reward for their loyalty.
3. What is your favorite reward that your business currently offers?
Our most popular reward to date is the "Because You Are SUPER - FREE Super Burrito or Burrito In A Bowl" for 50 points.
4. We heard you offer a different 0 point reward each month. What's your logic for doing that?
It is an opportunity to reward our most loyal customers, introduce them potentially to a new item or segment of our menu, increase the frequency of their visits to LuLu's and ultimately increase our share of their dining out dollars.
5. Do you have any tips or words of wisdom for other small businesses?
Belly has been the most effective and easy to implement loyalty program that we have launched in our restaurants. Belly's customer service is excellent, they are extremely responsive to my needs and provide the right tools to make it worth keeping for the long term.
